The term WOLF was coined when there were only a handful of female attorneys at Lightfoot, but they were empowered by a firm culture that promotes authenticity and allowed them to form a rare internal bond. Currently, Lightfoot boasts a remarkable group of female lawyers, and while each is outstanding in her own way, the group thrives on its collective strength, giving credence to its enduring name. Join the Women of Lightfoot for Earned Favorites — an evening built around a simple premise: every high-achieving woman has a short list of things that actually get her through. Not the things she's supposed to do, but the ones she's figured out through trial, error, and a lot of hard days.
Four women at different stages of their careers take the stage to share theirs. Each brings a favorite thing and the truth behind it — what she knows now that she couldn't have known earlier, and why this particular thing represents it. Think favorite things party, but the gifts come with a story worth hearing.
