An event ticket of $20 will get you multiple small plates from each chef/farm team. The $25 ticket adds in a custom tote bag and some produce from the farms to take home. Additional plates and drinks will be available for purchase, as well as fruits and vegetables and free recipe cards from professional chefs. A portion of proceeds will benefit our friends doing amazing work at Urban Roots, who will also be doing some kids activities/games. Family friendly!
What is a Sagra? Simple! Originating in Italy, they are mini food festivals celebrating the local specialties of the season. Our version will pair some of our favorite local farms with top culinary talent from West MI, making amazingly fresh small plates using the best produce of the moment.
