    Lorraine Ferguson

    In 2005, Lorraine started the Sandler Training franchise in Albany, NY. Having previously been the CEO of a $65 million computer training company, she was instantly a tremendous asset to Sandler Training’s worldwide organization. Her book, The Unapologetic Saleswoman: Breaking the Barriers, Beating the Odds, provides insight and practical how to’s for overcoming some of the most common concerns and self-doubts of women in sales. She brings over three decades of experience coaching and training business owners, executives and sales teams.

    Dr. Rebecca Heiss

    After earning her PhD with research designated as “transformative” by the National Science Foundation, Dr. Rebecca Heiss went on to hold multiple appointments in academia, applying her research to solve practical problems in overcoming what she refers to as “biological ghosts” - subconscious behaviors that haunt modern life. She has been honored to speak internationally on her work, including multiple TEDx talks, and has found her calling in helping others recognize the power of biological applications in their lives. Rebecca lives in South Carolina with her spoiled rotten dog named Bird, and tries every day to live her life motto: “spread happy.”

    Stephanie E. Lewis

    Stephanie is the Office Managing Principal of the Greenville, SC, law office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her law practice focuses on advising and training managers and employers on avoiding sexual harassment claims. In addition, she defends employers in sexual harassment lawsuits and advises clients on preventive practices and policies to avoid litigation. She has been a frequent speaker on “#MeToo” issues.

    Jada is an HR Business Partner with Propel HR – a professional employer organization (PEO) that offers various HR business solutions to small-to-midsize businesses in the US. She is a SHRM - certified professional in Human Resources with bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. With over 15 years of management and HR experience, Jada offers HR consulting to clients regarding compliance, management training and development, employee relations and employee engagement. Jada is also a national member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and serves on the Board of Directors as the Diversity Director for the Greenville Chapter.
