The term WOLF was coined when there were only a handful of female attorneys at Lightfoot, but they were empowered by a firm culture that promotes authenticity and allowed them to form a rare internal bond. Currently, Lightfoot boasts a remarkable group of female lawyers, and while each is outstanding in her own way, the group thrives on its collective strength, giving credence to its enduring name. The Women of Lightfoot are thrilled to invite you to this year's gathering!

Rachel Fry
Dr. Rachel Fry is a consulting psychologist focused on empowering female business leaders to attain personal and professional success. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Samford University, and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama. Dr. Fry built a successful clinical practice prior to moving into the consulting realm. Her focus is helping professionals learn skills that will help them thrive both in and out of the office. While she’s developed a niche working with lawyers and law firms, she also frequently works with non-lawyers by providing executive coaching, team building and leadership development workshops. Dr. Fry is particularly passionate about working with high achieving professionals as they are often the last to seek outside help (of any kind) but when they do, they learn critical tools that help them reach new levels in their careers, find meaning and purpose, and create significant impact on others.
