About the project
The new Pompano Beach City Hall and Parking Garage is a transformational civic development that will serve as the centerpiece of the City's New Downtown. The project includes the construction of a new four-story, approximately 116,000-square-foot City Hall and Commission Chambers, along with a seven-story public parking garage connected by pedestrian-friendly public spaces. Designed to enhance accessibility, sustainability and civic engagement, the development will create a modern municipal campus that supports government operations while serving as a catalyst for downtown revitalization and long-term economic growth.
