NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN REAL ESTATE TAXATION IN SPAIN/BALEARIC ISLANDS 

Alejandro del Campo, lawyer and tax advisor, partner of the law firm DMS Legal, will talk about tax developments that will have a major impact on the real estate market in Spain and, in particular, in the Balearic Islands. He will analyse the elimination of Inheritance Tax and the reduction of Wealth Tax in the Balearic Islands, which will benefit both residents and non-residents, as well as tax developments in all matters relating to the sale and rental of real estate: Transfer Tax, Land Registry Reference Value, Municipal Capital Gains Tax, Personal Income Tax and Non-Resident Income Tax, etc.
