Navigating Intersectional Resistance: A Comprehensive Dialogue on Activism, Oppression, and Nonviolent Strategies

Through this candid dialogue, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of the rich and often misunderstood tapestry of intersectional activism and the nuanced philosophy of nonviolent resistance embodied by Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

The discussion will delve into the interconnectedness of various forms of discrimination and oppression, emphasizing how diverse movements and communities can collaboratively address the complex web of injustice. Moreover, we aim to unravel the layers of Dr. King's philosophy on civil disobedience, resistance, and activism, acknowledging that his commitment to nonviolence did not imply a private abandonment of self-defense or align with complete pacifism.

Join us for a comprehensive exploration of how different communities can unite in their fight against injustice while embracing diverse strategies within the spectrum of nonviolent resistance.
