Eight countries. One global stage. The road to MICE 2027 starts here.
Baristas across Gauteng, the Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal will go head-to-head in this year's regional battles, with eight finalists earning their place in the South African National Final.
Bring your best pours, showcase your latte art skills and put your barista talent to the test. Compete for the opportunity to represent South Africa at the MILKLAB Barista Battle National Finals at MICE 2027, alongside competitors from around the world.
