Memphis Weekend

St. Jude Marathon Weekend | December 5

• We have a hotel booked at a Tru By Hilton (1400 N. 18th St.West Memphis, AR 72301)
• Friday night is paid for. You are only responsible for Saturday night or if you arrive early. Please contact the hotel if you want to arrive before Friday.
• You will have a welcome bag for you
• Hotels are one per RYAN family. If you are bringing family members and need an extra room, please contact the hotel to arrange that separately.

Friday: 

• Check in at hotel starts at 3pm 
• FYI: Lunch with St. Jude was cancelled 
• Registration Pick Up Friday Evening (details under registration)

Saturday

• Race times begin in the morning. Exact time and location will follow!
• After the races, the Monico's are providing a later lunch with drinks. Stop by to celebrate finishing the race! 3pm-5pm
• If you are checking out of the hotel this day, store your bags with the hotel. Check out is 11am

Sunday

• No plans! Travel day if you are staying Saturday night. 

All registration is closed. All races are full! 

You will have to pick up your registration packet on Friday evening. This will be at the Expo. It will have booths, activities, and a great way to kick off the weekend. 

You are required to pick up your own packet! St. Jude will send an email with more details closer to race time. Please plan to be there in time for registration pick up.

You will get one FREE item for this weekend. Preferably, wear on race day or at least to our get together hosted by the Monico's. 

Everyone that attending will receive one. If you are bringing a spouse or a child, we would be happy to get them a shirt as well. Please fill out the Google Form linked above to claim. 

• You will receive a $25/day per diem (max 3 days at $75 total and per RYAN Employee only)
• Friday you will not need to use PTO. Please just inform your manager well in advance that you will be gone for this event.
• Travel is on your own! Instead, we opted to pay one night of your hotel.
