    John Throckmorton

    John Throckmorton is a Senior Trainer and Account Executive with Tomo Drug Testing. He has been with Tomo since December 2000, serving as a collection technician, field manager, breath alcohol and drug collection trainer, and operations manager. Often referred to as “JT”, John has assisted businesses with the development and implementation of substance misuse testing programs, performed program reviews for compliance with State and Federal regulations, and annually conducts over 100 educational and training seminars. John is a 1979 graduate of Baptist Bible College where he met Carol, his wife of 44 years. They have two grown children and three grandchildren. John has been involved in public speaking for over 45 years.

    Jay Preston

    Jay Preston is a Springfield native, and shareholder in the Litigation, Transactional, and Marijuana practices groups of Carnahan Evans PC. He holds an M.B.A. and J.D from the University of Missouri, and focuses his practice on litigation of business, trust, and real estate disputes. He also handles a variety of business transactional matters. Mr. Preston is a member of The Missouri Bar, the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association, and International Cannabis Bar Association. He has been involved in the Missouri marijuana industry since its inception. He assisted with the 2018 medical marijuana ballot initiative, and the 2018 campaign resulting in the passage of Amendment 2. He co-wrote five successful applications for medical marijuana facility licenses, has obtained facility licenses on behalf of multiple clients through administrative hearing commission appeals, and regularly assists medical marijuana clients with maintaining compliance with Missouri Department of Health regulation.
