This special event, hosted by the LaPorte Educational Development Foundation, will shine a spotlight on the dedicated teachers, staff, bus drivers, food service workers, and all those who contribute to the success of our schools. We’ll be expressing our heartfelt appreciation for their hard work, commitment, and years of service, as well as recognizing those who are retiring.

Come enjoy an evening of celebration, entertainment, and connection as we recognize the stars who make LaPorte Schools shine bright. Your presence is a way to show gratitude for the individuals who inspire, educate, and support our community every day.

  • 5:30PM TO 6:00PM

    Cocktail hour

    Join us from 5:30-6:00 to hear the sweet sounds of Windy City Dueling Pianos, enjoy a cash (cashless) bar and to find your seat for dinner, open seating. During this time you may also start placing bids on auction items and entering for raffle items.

  • 6:00PM TO 8:00 PM

    Presentations & Dinner Begin

    As you take your seats and dinner is served, you’ll be treated to the lively and engaging sounds of dueling pianos, during this timeframe the presentations of awards for our honorees of the night will also take place. 

  • 8:00 TO 9:00 PM

    Auction & Giveaway PRIZES

    Stick around for our LPCSC staff giveaways and silent auction items like local gift certificates, VIP seats at graduation, VIP SLICER football experience, KIS/LPMS DJ for a day, VIP pick-up parking pass for the entire school year, ball and bat boy for young Slicer sports enthusiasts…among many others.
