ALL proceeds go to the diocese's female veterans moral injury project, the first in the nation to help our women warriors.
This event supports female veterans
Approximately two million veterans in the United States and Puerto Rico are women. The transition back to civilian life can be difficult for some veterans. Some may be coping with post-traumatic stress disorder or moral injury. Moral injury can occur when a personal moral code – one’s understanding of “what’s right” – is violated. The diocese has created the first support group for female veterans living with moral injury.
