Sarah is a certified career, business, and life design coach and founder of Life’s Your Adventure. She helps purpose-driven women design fulfilling lives, careers and businesses that reflect who they truly are blending soul, strategy, and grounded support.

With ICF training and a background in global mental health and nonprofit leadership, Sarah brings clarity, confidence, and momentum to women creating their next chapter.

All in-person meet-ups and co-working sessions will take place at Doctor Sax House, a beautiful and inspiring space that makes connection and creativity easy. We’re so thankful for this partnership and are thrilled to share it with our community.

A: When will you not be busy? Come when you can and opt in for either remote or in person gatherings. It’s about showing up when you can and knowing you still belong. A: You’ll choose one focus and work it through steady touchpoints from April- June plus weekday access to The Club at Sax to build alongside others.
