Power From Unexpected Sources
This popular and impactful presentation explores the “secret sauce” of the unprecedented 11 years of winning by the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs have made NFL history and shattered team records with consistent winning in an ultra-competitive environment. The presentation uses video and text and explores concepts and practical steps the Chiefs have taken to create a winning culture and maintain that culture during “flashpoints”.
This presentation resonates with ALL companies or industry associations in addition to personal leadership traits that can change the way we all view our daily lives. Even if the potential audience isn’t necessarily sports oriented it still reveals the energy and power that comes from sources that are always available but rarely resourced.
The first session will focus on the Chiefs strategy of effective listening and flow of respect and communication vertically and horizontally within the organization. In addition, this presentation will explore external strategies in dealing with an ultra-competitive environment and how to react accordingly.
The second session will center on the individual and the traits that are consistent to help create the winning culture. The session will specifically deal with the individual Power of Purpose, Perspective and the Power of waiting.
