Since 1936, George Washington High School has served a student-body representative of the ethnic and religious diversity of San Francisco, providing top-notch education regardless of income, with 64% of the current student-body coming from economically disadvantaged households.
The George Washington Baseball and Softball Programs are dedicated to not only giving our student-athletes high-level athletic training, resulting in a combined 23 championships between the teams, but also the support necessary for academic achievement and preparation for their lives after high school.
With your help, the new Hitting and Training Facility will make it possible for us to offer the fullest possible high school experience to hundreds of current and future San Franciscans; thereby establishing opportunity for success in the rest of their lives.
