With 39 years of experience in the industry, Angelo D. Rea is an expert in government lending. In his leadership role at Flagstar Bank, Rea monitors government loan performance for the bank’s retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels. He is also responsible for government products, guidelines, and policies and serves as the lead on all FHA and VA audits. His depth of experience has led to membership on several committees that work closely with Washington decision makers. Rea also oversees Flagstar’s third-party origination business partners, including approvals and monthly monitoring.
