Q: Why are you asking for paid RSVPs so early?
A: Ballrooms, catering and DJs book up quickly - we have to put down a deposit to reserve them and make payments to these vendors long before the reunion.
Unfortunately those of us on the Reunion Committee can't afford to front these payments.
Q: A classmate said they didn't get an invitation. Why not?
A: We don't want to leave out anyone! Please have them contact us at [email protected] and we'll send their invite immediately!
Q: Is there a discount on rooms in the hotel where the event is taking place?
A: Yes!
The Fredericksburg Hospitality House is offering a block of discounted rooms for those attending the reunion. Please let them know you are with us when you call to book. Book early - when the block is gone, regular rates apply.
