Home First Development and Green Light Development invite you to the grand opening of Cascade Landing, a new 98-unit affordable housing community in Bend.
Enjoy refreshments, remarks, and community tours as we commemorate this important milestone alongside partners, community members, and local leaders.
Presentation begins at 3pm.
Located in the heart of Central Oregon’s scenic high desert, with easy access to Bend’s recreation, arts, and local amenities, Cascade Landing provides a welcoming place for residents to call home. Shared outdoor spaces, including a large courtyard and playground, are complemented by supportive services that help residents build stability and maintain independence. Cornerstone Community Housing will serve as the resident services provider, and Advocates for Life Skills and Opportunity (ALSO) will assist with housing stability for residents.
