A New Approach to Student Success
Two years ago, Edinboro University decided to take a completely fresh look at the role of career services. Recognizing students are driven by career advancement and are looking to many different campus stakeholders when exploring career pathways, Edinboro adopted an ecosystem approach to their career services and development strategy.
Monica Clem, Executive Director of Career Development and Experiential Learning will share her experience in leading this change at Edinboro. They have been able to evolve career from an isolated, underutilized resource to one that is viewed as mission critical because of its impact on the student experience and strategic institutional goals.

Overcome Challenges to Engage Stakeholders
During the webinar, Monica will explain how she involved key stakeholders including faculty, student organizations, employer partners, marketing, enrollment and other key areas to scale the impact of her small team and drive engagement through the student journey.
She will also address the roadblocks and challenges they had to overcome and how they forged relationships throughout the institution to help evolve career services into an agent of change at Edinboro University.
Webinar attendees will also have an opportunity to ask Monica questions during the Q&A.
