How does a virtual race work?

WHERE do I run?

Anywhere you want! But please make sure you’re social distancing and running responsibly. Use an app or website like MapMyRun or Strava to plan or track your 5K (3.1 mile) route & time.  You could also use a stopwatch or GPS watch! 

WHEN do I run?

Anytime you'd like before June 1, 2020.

HOW is my time recorded?

After you register, you will be emailed a link to self-report your time. We are relying on YOUR honesty!  Keep it clean!

What about T-shirts?
The first 150 participants are guaranteed an I CAN FIGHT CANCER T-shirt.  Shirts will be delivered (drop-off, no contact) if within a 10 miles radius of Grand Rapids, MI.  All others will be mailed.

What about medals and awards?

The overall top five male & female times will receive a $10 gift card to Gazelle Sports (online or in-store)!
