  Reforming and improving the interconnection process is a priority for ACE members, for the NYISO, and for FERC. This panel will discuss if and how NYISO’s process can align with FERC Order 2023 and allow projects to interconnect in time to meet the 2030 NY Climate Act goals.

With the enactment of the Federal Infrastructure Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, the Public Service Commission’s mid-point review of the Infrastructure Make Ready program, and the passage of grid planning legislation
