We welcome you to join us for 3 days of education, conversation, and camaraderie at the AT&T Center on the UT campus. Please RSVP below.
You will receive 16 hours of CME after completion of the academy. The curriculum is below.
TRAVEL:
Please plan to travel in on Monday, November 2 and travel out on Thursday the 5th after 3pm or anytime on Friday the 6th.
HNI will cover travel, hotel, transportation and food. Additional details shared via email.
A hotel room is reserved for each guest at the conference center. When you arrive, please show your ID. You will be asked for a credit card just for incidentals - per their policy, however you will not be charged.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the conference center 11/3-11/5. Dinner and evening social events to follow at approximately 6PM on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Attire is business casual.

Academy Overview
